Affiliate and referral terms (template)
Referrals for customers
Every OneDS customer has a referral link. When someone signs up with it and becomes a paying customer (their first payment after the £1 week), the referrer earns one free month, confirmed 14 days after that payment and applied as account credit. At most 12 free months in any 12 months. The referred customer gets £10 off their first month.
Affiliates
Approved affiliates earn commission instead of free months: 25% of what each customer they refer actually pays (before tax), on each payment in that customer's first 12 months. The £1 first week earns nothing. Commission stops if the customer cancels, and is confirmed 30 days after each payment.
Payouts
Confirmed commission can be paid out from £50, by PayPal or bank transfer, usually within 7 days of a request. You are responsible for any tax due on what you earn. [Operator to confirm payout timing, methods, currencies and any tax forms with an accountant.]
Refunds and fraud
A refunded or disputed payment cancels the reward earned on it. Referring yourself, buying with stolen cards, cookie stuffing, spam, paid ads bidding on the OneDS name, or misleading claims (including income claims) are not allowed and void all rewards. We may reject or reverse any referral we reasonably believe breaks these terms.
Disclosure
Say clearly that your link is an affiliate or referral link (for example "#ad" or "affiliate link"), as UK advertising rules require. Do not promise earnings or results.
Changes and ending
We may change these terms or end the programme with 30 days' notice; rewards already earned are honoured. We may suspend an affiliate who breaks these terms. [To be reviewed by a lawyer before launch.]
