Privacy notice (template)
What we hold about you
Your e-mail address, a salted hash of your password, your settings, the products you import, your listings, and your orders' financial details. Sign-in records keep the browser type and time, not your location.
Your buyers' data
To fulfil an order we receive your buyer's name and delivery address from eBay. It is encrypted at rest, is never written to logs, is shared only with the supplier you choose to fulfil through, and is erased when eBay tells us the buyer closed their account.
eBay and Amazon
Your eBay connection is stored encrypted and used only to act on your instructions. The Chrome extension reads Amazon pages you open in your own browser; your Amazon sign-in stays between you and Amazon.
AI
Product facts (never buyer data) may be sent to our AI provider to help write titles and descriptions. Every generated statement is checked against the product page.
Your rights
Download a copy of your data or delete your account from Account & security. For any other request, e-mail support@oneds.app. We reply within one month.
Retention
Records you delete are removed. Backups roll over on the operator's schedule. A minimal, non-identifying record that an account was deleted is kept for security.
Cookies
Only essential cookies: one keeps you signed in, and one holds a two-factor sign-in for up to ten minutes. No advertising or tracking cookies. See the Cookies page.
Who processes data for us
Hosting and database: Railway. Payments: Stripe. E-mail: Resend. Error monitoring: Sentry (reports are scrubbed of personal details). Uptime monitoring: Better Stack. Network and security: Cloudflare. AI writing help, when switched on: OpenAI (product facts only, never buyer data).
