Terms of Service (template)
The service
OneDS helps you research products on Amazon, create eBay listings through eBay's official APIs, and manage the resulting orders. You are the seller of record on eBay and responsible for your listings, prices, stock, the products you sell and your obligations to buyers.
Your accounts
You connect your own eBay seller account through eBay's sign-in and consent screens, and can disconnect it at any time. OneDS never asks for your eBay password or your Amazon password.
Marketplace rules
You must follow eBay's policies, including its dropshipping policy: buying from another retailer or marketplace to ship directly to your eBay buyer is not permitted. OneDS uses Amazon for research only and never places Amazon orders for you.
Intellectual property and images
You are responsible for having the right to use any brand name, text and image in your listings. OneDS flags known rights-holder brands and does not publish images whose rights you have not confirmed, but these checks are advisory.
Plans and billing
OneDS is sold as a monthly subscription, priced in GBP on the Pricing page. A new subscriber pays an introductory £1 on Stripe's checkout for their first 7 days of full access. The first monthly payment is taken when those 7 days end, unless you cancel before then. The subscription then renews monthly on the same date until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe; OneDS never sees or stores card details.
Cancelling
Cancel at any time in Plan & billing or Stripe's billing portal. You keep access until the end of your first 7 days or the period already paid for, and are not charged again. Refunds and statutory cancellation rights: [to be completed by the operator with legal advice].
Failed payments and limits
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it and you keep access for a short grace period while you update your card. After that, importing, publishing and order processing pause until payment is made. Plan limits (live listings, imports, connected browsers) are shown in Plan & billing. Your listings, orders and data are never deleted because a subscription lapses.
Availability
The service is provided as is. eBay, Amazon and supplier systems are outside our control and may change or be unavailable.
Ending the service
You can delete your account at any time from Account & security. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or eBay's policies.
