The £1 first week, your monthly plan, invoices and cancelling.
OneDS Founding is £1 for your first 7 days with full access, then £39 a month. The first monthly payment is taken when the 7 days end, unless you cancel before then.
Cancel any time
Open Plan & billing and press Cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for and are not charged again. You can change your mind before then.
Card and invoices
Manage billing in Plan & billing opens Stripe's secure portal, where you can change your card and download invoices. OneDS never sees or stores card details.
If a payment fails
Everything keeps running for a short grace period while you update your card. After that, importing, listing and order processing pause until payment is made. Nothing is deleted.
