Fixes for the problems sellers hit most.
I don't see the + on Amazon
Check the extension is pinned and connected (click the OneDS icon). The + appears on amazon.co.uk product pages. Reload the page after connecting.
eBay says to reconnect
Press Reconnect eBay on the Connections page. Publishing and order sync resume by themselves.
An order didn't appear
Orders sync every few minutes. If one is missing after half an hour, check Connections shows eBay as connected, then report a problem with the eBay order number.
I lost my phone and can't sign in
Use one of your two-factor recovery codes in place of the six-digit code. No codes left? E-mail support@oneds.app from the address you sign in with. We check it's you before resetting two-factor sign-in.
