Connect eBay

Link your eBay seller account, and what to do if eBay asks you to reconnect.

  1. Go to Connections and press Connect eBay.
  2. Sign in on eBay's page and approve OneDS. You come straight back to OneDS.
  3. OneDS picks up your business policies (payment, postage, returns) and your dispatch address. If any are missing, it tells you which one to create in eBay.

If eBay asks you to reconnect

eBay connections can expire, for example after you change your eBay password. Publishing and order sync pause until you press Reconnect eBay on the Connections page. Nothing is lost while it is paused.

Disconnecting

Disconnect on the Connections page deletes OneDS's access straight away. Your live eBay listings stay on eBay. To also remove OneDS on eBay's side, open My eBay, then Account, then Third-party app permissions.
